Q: Do you offer a refund or exchange?
Warranty does not cover burning your A Sack Of Wheat. However, if a seam splits or is not sewn to a standard that can tolerate normal domestic use, we will happily replace your A Sack Of Wheat within 3 months. Please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery charge.
If you have not opened and used your A Sack Of Wheat you can return it to us in its original packaging with all tags attached for an exchange or refund within 14 days. Please provide Proof of Purchase and be aware of our no refund policy on the original delivery charge and that the return delivery charge will also be at your expense.
